Why won't my cam work on MSN?

My logitech web cam wont work on msn....?

  • ive uninstaled it, then installed it, but when i want to take a profile picture, or go on cam it jsut goes white, then if i take the cam out it still does the same thing, help , i got a dell computerx

    - uninstall the CAM driver. Reboot the machine - dont connect the web cam yet - first install the drivers of the web cam - now connect the web cam it should work now (else replace your web cam)

re-installed what, msn or the cam. uninstall the cam, then plug it back in and wait till you see the message asking where to search for drivers, click ''search auto recommended'' it will download the newer drivers and software
