Error 80072745 on MSN. Can Anyone Help? I CAN'T SIGN IN...?!?!?

Hi there, i'm having trouble signing into msn the last couple of days. i press sign in and it takes a couple of moments and then the trouble shooter comes up. it ticks all the boxes and says about the 80072745 error. its really irritating because i'm on the internet so that isn't the problem. my brother is on the same routa as me in the same house and he is connected to the internet too, and he cant sign in to his msn either because it gives the same code. ebuddy works but that isn't a solution. but it does mean that my account is fine. the troubleshooter provides websites but they either dont work or dont provide the right information, can anyone help me please?
