How do you block someone on hotmail?

There's this creepy guy who keeps talking to me on msn so I deleted him as a friend but he keeps trying to add me again and I don't know how to block him! Please help!

Answer:
Left click on the contact and hit block contact. Since you deleted him. You might want to add him back just once. Once you do left click on his contact and hit delete contact . Check both boxes (block contact and "remove from my windows live contacts") Then press the delete contact button. That should get rid of him.
