Why does MSN always sign me out?

Why cant i sign into my msn, but my brother can ? HELP!?

Okay so i have the newest version of msn, and my brother can sign in at anytime but with my msn it says that the service is temporarily unavailable but my brother does it right after and he can get in... and ive tried a million time for the past week, and its nothing to do with my password because i can sign in to ebuddy , but not msn ? HELP

plz check ur system time if this is correct then open explorer and open ur email on hotmail ur problem will be solve one open email then try they msn messenger
