My cam doesnt work on msn?.... help D:?

Well my cam is plugged in i uninstall it and download it again then i unplugged it and plugged it again, then it's working properly, but then i come to MSN and this lil cam sign isn't there, i checked my options and it says that its allowed to other ppl to see that i have a cam..then i relooged to msn and same thing..if i try to invite someone to cam it says I don't have a cam... help?

Answer:
may be you can check your internet connection. slow connection wont let you webcaming.
