Having trouble logging into Hotmail?

My boyfriend cannot log into his hotmail email?

• My boyfriend is having trouble logging into his email on my laptop. I can log into my Hotmail account no problems, yet when he tries to log on we get "internet explorer cannot open this page" when using IE, we have tried google chrome, and firefox, none these browsers will open his email. I have deleted all history, run a virus check, deleted cookies etc. HELP!

  Perhaps you could try on another computer? Most of the time, these things have something to do with your IP Address (The unique Internet address that each and every computer requires for internet operation). Sometimes, this can be accidentally banned or cut off from the server. First try logging in using another computer, if that doesn't work, restart your router. This will make the IP "Refresh" in a way. To shut the router off, look for a button on the back of the modem.
