MSN HELP Not uninstalling or installing?

• K this is gonna be a bit long, Its starts off My msn stops working one day so i try to find out whats wrong it turns out its my router but i tried to uninstall it i click on it and it asks permission for me to continue i accept and nothing happens so i reset my router and i try it again and it still doesnt work.I got this thing called the revo uninstaller and uninstalled it a different way by deleting all of it and it does delete so i go to reinstall it and it says its still installed so i try to look for it on the control panel and its there but its got no icon and it doesnt say its memory plz help me i rly just want my msn back
