MSN messenger won't sign me in! Please Help!?

So I've been using MSN messenger for a long time now, and recently it's begun to fail me. About 3 weeks ago, I was using the older windows live messenger, and it started to not sign me in anymore, stating error code 8100030d. I googled this, tried every possible solution (deactivating firewall, making sure date/time is synced, registering .dll files, etc. etc.) and NOTHING has worked. I tried reinstalling, upgrading to the newest version of messenger, and so on. Then, I tried signing in with another email, and it seemed to work with that one. What the hell?! I'm completely out of ideas, and I really need help!
Answer:

there is a global problem with hotmail accounts. Microsoft had made an announcement about stolen hotmail accounts.. May be you should wait for some time.. or call teh customer services!

look if its a MSN question why dont you ask at microsoft! dont they own the site and software that THEY have to edit and fix all day ??
