Why can't I download msn?

Why can't I download the latest MSN?

  • Well I can't use my Windows Live Messenger any more because I have to update it to the new version, but i can't download it because of some error? this is the error that comes up 'Error Code 0x080060409' and also something like 'cannot find %appdata%' i have no idea what to do and its really annoying! any help?

    the same thing is happening to me is i windows 7 because i got told i need to wipe my computer to update windows 7 because its not downloading anything! I'll comment back and tell you how it panned out

I know this isn't much of an answer, but I can't download Hotmail 2011 either. Like, it won't even come up. It just stays the same. I think it's our computer.
