Why cant i remove MSN? Help! how to remove MSN...?

im on control panel...went onto add or remove programs...but cant find MSN Messenger on the list...but i definatly have it as it is on my start menu! how can i remove it! im too addicted to it! want it to go away!

press start > computer > double click "c" drive then double click "program files" find "windows live" and double click you will now see "messenger" right click and delete, hope this helps

if you want it out of your start menu, right click on it and hit remove form this list or unpin from start menu, if you want it REALLY OUT then go into add or remove programs and click uninstall at the top of the page it will uninstall it.

You went to the right place, but you were looking for the wrong thing. It is called Windows Live, not MSN Messenger. Hope this helps. :)
