How do i get rid of a msn virus?

  • for the last few days i have had a virus on msn. i tryed to downlaod msn plus and apparently there was a virus on it but it downloaded. now when someone types on msn or i type at the top is this code e81c98eb-e4fc-11de-b666-00238b6f1230 and after a few seconds what was written disappears!!! Yes i would uninstall it but it is not on the programs in the control panel! please help me as it sooo annoying :'( :'( Thannk youu soo much if you help me :)

run your antivirus program in safe mode turn it to its highest setting,then go to one of these sites a get a program to remove keyloggers and run it to make sure you dont have one. www.download.com and www.techsupportalert.com after all is finished get ccleaner and run it too.

sounds like you have a keylogger... your screwed... run your virus protection scanner and scan your system it will detect it and hopefully get rid!
