I need help asap im trying to video call someone on my msn?

The black screen says "We cannot connect to your webcam. You webcam may be in use by another program. Please check it and try again." But i am not using it anywhere else it works fine if i want to take a picture or record a video right on to my computer but it wont work on MSN someone please help..!
