Can anyone help me fix my MSN Keyboard Trouble?

When I'm talking to my friends on msn, the keys are all messed up. The question mark comes out as: É. The quotation marks comes out as: È. The apostrophe: è and so on.. But the letters, numbers and everything else is fine. It's only screwed up on MSN though. Anyone know how to fix it?

this is not possible to be happening maybe logger on ur pc recording your strokes
