Why wont my msn sign my account in but it signs other accounts in?

ok so for quite a while now i've been trying to sign into msn, but every time it says sorry but the service is temporarily unavailable, however when my friend tried to sign in after i did , it signed her in no problem? it used to sign me in without a problem before.. what i dont understand is its signing all my friends accounts in but not mine? does anybody know what this could be? answers apreciated , thanks:)
