How do i get my windows live id back up under the same id after ive deleted it?

i accidently deleted my windows live id and i want to get it back up under the same id but it keeps saying that it still exists, but when i try to long in under it it says it doesnt? what the F*** is going on!

i had the same problem. i think every id that's created goes on a used list and deleting your account wont take it off
