Msn hotmail question..how to get back in touch with someone?

i had a quite close friend but around 6 months ago i said somthing to her that hurted her and she broke up with me.. now i regret what happened and would like to get in touch with her agian.. problem is she has blocked me from he facebook account so i cannot get in touch with her from there and now that i have sent her email on hotmail i dont know if she is getting it or not.. how can i find out if she is getting my email..is there a website to checvk that.. i dont want to call her (though i have her number) coz i dont want her to her shocked or upset.. i want her to think things over.. how can i get back in touch with her? thanks

create another hotmail or yahoo account and talk with her or send her a message , that should work .
