How can i fix msn messenger 2009?

i am using msn 2009 and the problem is that when i click on a different tray icon it won't minimize i have to manually minimize it, and the msn mail button dos'nt work. i have tried uninstalling it but tht didnt work even with the msn wiper thing is there a way of fixing msn messenger?

Contact MSN Technicans as I did when I had a problem with Messenger once and they sent me detailed results and or might get online with you over the phone and tap in and help you. Hope this helps you finally. Good Luck.
