How come my one msn email account has problems but the other not?

So.. I have 2 email accounts on msn.. The first account works perfectly. The other one has 2 problems: Firstly, the option "Show my webcam" is grayed, and when I want to have a video call it doesn't work. Secondly. I see everyone's fonts black in the window.. I un-istalled my msn and then I installed it again, but the problem didn't solved.. Oh and I have the newest version of msn.. 2009.. So.. how can I fix this? Thanks!! ^_^
