Click actions....top of screen....c/video....c/show my webcam?????? you didn't say what make of w/c you had, but thats roughly what you do just click all the options, and see ......first...run a video & sound test

When you have downloaded msn messenger onto your computer, from the internet. Simply start a conversation with someone and by your display picture there should be a icon of a webcam. Simply click on your icon to send an invite to the other person asking if they want to view your webcam, and likewise for the other person.

when your having a conversation with someone then inder your profile picture there will be a little icon which looks like a webcam. click on it and then the webcam will start.
