Msn password recovery?

ok i want to recover someone's password, for important matters (but that persone is deceased) How can i somhow get the password and get into the e-mail of that someone ?, i tried to answer the question's for password recovery of hotmail, also tried to install a lot of msn hack password things.. but im still having no succes. i also tried to send hotmail team a letter..but no succes.
