How come i cant watch hd videos on youtube?

okay i have been wanting to watch a video in hd on youtube but the hd button you click on does not show up when i go on the page

Not all videos have the option for HD or HQ viewing. Also, if the video is recently uploaded, I think it takes up to 2 hours for the option to show up.

Not all videos have the HD function. I know for a fact that this video has the HD button. I have checked it myself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFmG2kP6_TA Go there, and click the "HD" button by the volume control. It should work.
