Why isn't there sound on YouTube?

No sound uploading!!!?

• i have an envy 2, and i record videos on it. i then use my san disk micro sd card, and import the video to my computer. then when i try to upload the video to youtube, the audio isnt there. i know it's not a copyright problem because there isnt any music or anything. when i play the video on my phone and computer, it has perfect sound, but it just goes wrong at trying to put it up on youtube. my phone is only about 8 months old. i dont have any type of editing software. im not very smart when it comes to computers, but on this i really need someone to walk me through the problem, and tell me how to fix it. only helpful answers please. and i really dont wanna have to buy something, so if theres a free option, please tell.
