How do you put a background on your youtube video?

How to have a video of me on youtube taken down? (not on my profile)?

• a couple of years ago, my friends and I made a music video for fun. (nothing fancy looking, just me singing live with them dancing in the background.) I had no intention of putting it on youtube. But I put it on youtube on private so only a select few could see it. I made the settings so only she could see it. However, without my consent, she downloaded the video to her computer, posted it on her myspace and posted it on her own youtube channel. So now I have this stupid silly video circulating on the web and I don't want it there. (doesn't have a lot of views, but I just don't like how a video Idon't want on the web is on there) Is there a way I can contact youtube for them to take it down?
