Youtube closed account help please?

I recently closed an account due to it having my name, and in the avatar my picture... As stupid as this was, i did something even more stupid. I closed the account, but any other channel i've commented on still has my name and picture on it? Is there something i can do to get rid of my picture and account name off entirely?
