How do i get my youtube videos noticed without money usage?

Ive Got allot of videos on my channel and I only get about 2-7 views each video and Hardly anyone notices them I do Sub4sub I make Introductions for a small deal which doesn't cost money simply liking and Favoring a few of my videos also putting me in there other channels box But not really anyone notices my channel http://www.youtube.com/user/doddsylawd?feature=mhee This is my channel have a look at the introduction and If you want Sub4sub me please
