Will youtube delete my video or account just because of this?

I really want my account and i want my video that took me a long time to stay on youtube to stay there will they delete it? will they take the sound out of my video? p.s. i used my cd to get music on my video i want my video with sound and stuff they wont take it away will they? this is the email they sent me I mean this song is from 2007 its not like its new or anything well if i got it off my cd its mine right? and its a song with pictures and alot of people already love it Your video, .wmv, may have content that is owned or licensed by Razor & Tie. It's a strange thing,I said once that I didn't own the music,then later it said,"Your video has been deleted because you claimed that either the music or the video was yours."I just don't get it.
