Does anyone else have this problem with YouTube?

After I pause the video, when I want to resume it I click the play button (or the space bar). But the video does not resume, it remains paused. So, I just click on the slider on the bottom (where it shows how far into the video I am) at the point of where I want the video to resume. Does anyone else have this problem with resuming play? It's kind of annoying when you watch a lot of videos like myself! Thanks!

It means the video is buffering try clearing your catch for your Internet browser that's what some people say helps
