How to make a video using audio and pictures?

How do i make i youtube video using pictures and small video clips with music in the back round?

RED LOST BLUE LOST ;] soooo anyway lost of pictures and videos taken but theres obv. no audio to my pictures and my cameras gay and dosn't have any audio anyway soooo i was wondering how i make a youtube video using pictures and small video clips with music in the back round all i pretty much know how to do right now is how to get to the home page please help mee!!!!!!!!! ;]

  I'll just keep it short and simple. If your computer doesn't have Windows Media Player (or some other video file program), get it now. First: get the pictures/music you want Second: open your video file program Third: click "Import Media" Fourth: drag the images in the order you want them to the area that says "Drag media here" Fifth: not really a step, just advice. You have to scroll all the way to the right for the music (when you put it in the "Drag media here" section); unless the images/video[s] goes for the whole song length. Sixth: File > Publish Movie > This computer > Name it (etc, etc) Seventh: again, not a step, just advice. Make sure you change it from a WWMMV file to just a WMV file (I think it's WMV, I'm not sure. It's been a while) Eighth: When it's published onto your computer, open up YouTube and sign in. Ninth: Click the "Upload" button I won't go into all the small details there.
