Why Won't My Correct Youtube Name and Password Work?

I've tired everything. The sent e-mail that re-sets your password, looking it up in the question forums, going to the help section and even calling them. And yes caps lock wasn't on. I even made a new account, signed out of it, and couldn't sign into that one.

Okay, for the email, did you receive it? If not, check your junk mail or spam. It could be in there. If not, you possibly have a hacker on your hands.
