Youtube wont let me comment on videos anymore!?

Okay so heres the problem, i logged in on youtube and youtube wanted me to link my youtube account with my google account. But that is the problem because i didnt make my youtube account using google e mail but yahoo e mail... and i DO have a google mail and a yahoo mail, so entered that log in and password. YouTUbe wanted me to link the accounts for a while now but every time i could just skip that step and be on my way, but this time it wouldnt let me log in on my account unless i connected my youtube account to my google one... So now that ive connected them i can log on my youtube user name, but every time i press on the reply button on a video when i want to reply on somebody elses comment the page just reloads and it is acting like im not logged in..., if you dont understand please tell me, and i will explain every detail but right now i really need some help!!!
