How Do I Make A Youtube Background?

  • Well I know how to put it up and make them and stuff, but i have seen some that like fit with the lay out of the channel.. Like on the comment section the background says somthing like: Comment Here! and then in the about me section it says something like: About Me! I know how to make Youtube Backgrounds, but how can i make it the size of the exact youtube lay-out and place it in the right place? Does anyone know? (Sorry it sounds confusing but i don't know how to explain really:( )
