Is Youtube audio lagging behind the video?

Why are certain videos on my Youtube lagging?

  • ok the videos on my Youtube are lagging horribly. It skips scenes but I can still hear sound. If the video is in high resolution (360 or 460) it lags but as long as I can change to a lower resolution, it works fine. But if the video's resolution is already loaded onto Youtube with low resolution (240p) and I can't go any higher or lower, it tends to lag as if it was in high resolution. Is this normal? How can i fix this? Any suggestions?

    step 1 on you tube next to username on your page click on settings then play back setup pick choice for slow connection step 2 on any video whatever sight right click on screen and click on folder a slider will appear slide it all the wayto right then click on far left icon and disable hardware aceleration if lag occurs reloading page can help

When the quality of the video is better, it will take more time to load, and will most likely lag more. If the video is longer, it will too take longer.
