well, the more subscribers you have, the more view you will get. just keep making videos, the more videos you make, the more subs you get. the more subs you get, the more views. also just go to random channels and invite them. why? because there's a 50-50 chance they will sub to you if you invite them. you'll start off small, and get bigger as you go on. trust me.

in a way you answered your own question. people generally watch the stupid stuff and tell their friends about the stupidness they just saw. i have the same problem.
