How do i take a video from youtube and change the sound?

I want to take this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4wSZJGGPq0&feature=fvw and change the sounds to "stereo love" ....... Its just a joke for my friend, but How do i do this exactly. i have windows movie maker, How do i copy the actual video from youtube? I dont even know if it's possible but i know that people have made other versions of real videos so there has to be a way. Please someone tell me Thanksssss
