How do you know if you are a blocked user on YouTube?

I want to contact someone I met on Youtube but I don't know what to do- please help?

  • I made a comment on someone's videos to another user. He thought I was being rude, and then I told him about it, and he didn't like what I said and he blocked me from responding to his videos. It was not my intention to offend him. I sent him PMs to apologize to him, but I don't know if he got them. I want to contact him via his email or his Facebook page to apologize to him and ask him for requests and hoping we can be friends and he'll let me respond to his videos. What can I say to get him to change his mind? Should I e-mail him or post a response to him on his Facebook page? How can I approach him without seeming like a nuisance? I don't want him to think I am stalking him. He has something I am interested in. I thought about it and I was somewhat rude towards him. I want to apologize to him. Should I: 1. Send him an e-mail to apologize to him 2. Contact him on his Facebook page regarding this to discuss this with him 3. Set up a new Youtube account and PM him to apologize to him? I am serious about this- what should I do? Please help me out. Thank you.
