Why can't I receive an email from a contact?

Why cant you contact you tube or yahoo with a email ?

• Why cant i contact you tube or yahoo ? Dont say that there is never a problem so it dont matter cause that is stupid. That makes no sense to assume no problems so say who cares. You tube people can bully you or steal your video, you can have many problems that the help section does not come close to answering !! To not let your clients contact you is very bad i think. There can be many problems with each yet not let you contact them at all !! This is not right. Why not have a email where people can get real help, there help section dont let you do anything and address a small amount of problems, very small. Some let you contact them but in the line of 5 questions if it is not exact it dont let you contact them in anyway way. They need to add a email so people can get real help.

  What is as bad if not worse is when two other users (or one user with an unassociated alias) complains about one of your answers it gets deleted and you get a chance to appeal the ruling, Except you are never told exactly how (if in truth at all) your answers violated the rules. I can get an answer deleted easily enough All I have to do is refer to one particular piece of FREE software and someone who seems to follow my answers complains about it and the answer is deleted. Bue I've read the terms and conditions atleast 100 times and if my answer breaks those rules I cannot understand exactly HOW. Yet 20-odd times I've asked for an explanation and never gotten the courtesy of any kind of answer. AD
