How can you take a video off youtube to put onto your webcam?

I go on omegle and i want to trick people that i'm a celebrity like justin beiber or something, i've downloaded a file called fakewebcam, i've done everything i need to do but i dont know how to get the video off youtube for i can add the file to fakewebcam, do you guys know how to get the video of youtube? Try YouTube downloaded from cnet or something like that. I don't remember what site t was just search YouTube downloaded. U just put the url and it will download it.

YouTube doesn't allow downloads. You can try copying the video with a free screen capture program like CamStudio.org.
