How to start video blogging?

  • Hello, I'm a fifteen year old female and want to start video blogging. I'm interested in things like journalism and media so I thought blogging would be a good idea. I began with writing a blog, however I was stuck with ideas. So, my parents suggested I do a bit of video blogging. I'm usually a funny, jokey, happy person who is always smiling and I've been told to be myself if I was to start doing vlogging. If I do a video should I upload it to YouTube and then get my friends to watch it? Can you give me some tips on how to make it interesting:)

    Just be yourself on camera, don't be boring, maybe add some animations to spice up the video a bit. Most vloggers these days are ranting about stuff. People love when they insert jokes into their ranting. Here are some great vloggers who are on the top 50 youtubers list: ItsKingsleyBitch and JeannaMarbles. These do have bad words in them but they are super funny:)
