How do you make a video advertisement on a YouTube video?

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… (optional unless you answer) before you guys say U NEED A PARTNERSHIP... i made this account for security reasons... and i AM a youtube partner... i am not TRYING to be one. I perfectly understand that. I am not a unpopular person who wants money from youtube or just wants ads or to be popular... I already am... I wont release any information and this is a fake name for security reasons. QUESTION: I have AdSense and i have NO IDEA what im doing... there is no revenue share button... there is nothing... WTF? I got the partnership accepted 2 hours ago... it was ACCEPTED... dont deny it... that dosent answer the question. Wow get the hell away yahoo misspellings i dont care! anyway, i need to know step by step what to do. If you dont know anything or you deny any facts I said or you ask me to CHECK somthing... your answer will be deleted. Its hard to believe me because so many people want ads... so it kinda makes it hard when a YouTuber who has HIT the requirements and IS a youtube partner wants help... Please help!
