Is it possible to make a video on youtube in widows movie maker?

Can i make a youtube video without having to download anything like windows movie maker? (READ ON)?

I want to make a video out of videos but i was wondering if i had to download something.

you already have movie maker if you have windows. there are some cameras which you can upload the video directly to youtube... movie maker is a EDITING software. you put together your videos there. you can upload anything to youtube, just make sure it is in .avi or the preferrable setting
