How would i use notepad to add the famous "&fmt=18" to youtube urls?

I have software that uses a data file of youtube URL's to automatically download each video, one after the other. I wanna put the "&fmt=18" after each URL, to get the video in high quality. How would i use notepad to go through the whole data file, to add this at the end of each URL? ?
