Can you playback videos on a flip hd?

Y0UTUBE HD BUTTON HELP!!!!!! PART 2?

• Ok if u didnt read part 1 well to bad. Heres the story i i Windows XP so i have the widnows xp version of windows movie maker. Anyway i made a video on youtube with my capture card and saved it to my computer with the settings best for playback on my computer. I uploaded the HD vid and it had the HD button in like 30 minutes. But this new one the music video dose not so plz if u have to render a video how do i do that i am not that great at this Just got the capture card for Christmas and made 2 videos. So plz help with rendering if i have to.

  the first URL you gave is HQ (high quality) not HD (high definition) here's HD, (click on HD button): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEm8PZ_lUh8 Windows Movie Maker isn't capable of HD because there is no option to save as resolution 1280 x 720. you can download the free trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 to try for 30 days, but you need a very good computer to use, i.e. at least 2 GB of RAM. http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/ HQ is achieved by having the video saved as 640 x 480 resolution, aspect 4:3, constant bit rate of 2000 kbps (kilobytes per second) or higher and a frame rate of 24-30 or higher. when you save to your computer with Windows Movie Maker, your best choice is: Other settings: Video for local playback (2.1 Mbps), that will give you the highest constant bit rate.
