How can I get my youtube channel noticed?

http://www.youtube.com/xxxSTAxxx That is my channel above. Notice how I have uploaded a total of 162 videos and yet I have only 662 subscribers. I am now featuring strictly clips for call of duty, a HUGE fan base. I surprisingly got a youtube partnership which is great. I need to know maybe some "hidden ways" to get my channel out there. I have messaged users telling them they can have their video uploaded to my channel to help their channel and mine grow, any other suggestions would be fantastic and thanks ahead of time.
