Adobe Flash Player issue with Youtube?

When I try to watch a video in 1080p, and then go into fullscreen mode, I notice that a tab for Adobe Flash Player comes up at the bottom of the screen. This has never happened before and I don't know why it does. When I start the video my mouse disappears and I am unable to use it. I get it back by pressing the windows button, but then even the only way for me to be able to do anything is to either close the youtube browser or close the adobe flash player, which in turn closes the youtube. This has only happened to me on Safari, which is what I've started to use to watch YouTube videos on for the past few days now. But I want to know why adobe flash player is doing this?

2 possible reasons, 1. you have set as your default player 2.your being prompted to upgrade to the newer version of Adobe Flash Player...
When the screen is maximized, the video needs higher internet speed to accomodate the drawing of more video resolution...so problem can happen.. computer or network may be too slow.. this can help you... Use 'zillatube' It helps you downloads the videos and view them offline at full screen better, if needed. ♥ You can convert to good quality wmv file format, then play it full screen using windows movie player. Does it work fine on other browsers? Apple and Adobe don't get along well, try Firefox or Chrome.
