How can I contact YouTube?

  • I need to contact YouTube and there seems to be no way of actually doing it. I know that the phone number does not work so PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME THE LISTED PHONE AND/OR FAX NUMBER. I also know that e-mailing YouTube often proves quite difficult and is not very useful. I want information from people who have actually succeeded in talking to a person that works for YouTube through any means of communication, whatever it may be. My questions are not able to be answered by an automated machine, I need specific answers about copyright issues and also my account has some problems that are complicated. So please, if you have had success in contacting YouTube, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT! I am very urgent to talk to them. Thank you

    You can post on the YT forums, posts SOMETIMES get seen by Google staff. Also, there are some emails that will get responses, again, ask around on the forums, a partner may be able to provide you with an email which will get you a useful human response
