How can i reopen a unknow closed account on youtube?

It used to be a channel on youtube that used to so all of the hip hop hits and biggest r&b hits video in the year 1990 through 1999. Now it's all gone . how can i get that channel back.

i dont think its gonna come back if its not your channel the perosn who put it up probably either got banned or stoped using youtube you can contact them and tell them to put it up though
