How to get other youtube videos, On your own channel?

This is not to claim videos as my own but i have made a new channel on youtube, NeonCodCinema, and it is where other people can send in there own youtube clips if they want it on this channel and ill put it on there, but how can i get it from their channel, To MY Channel? PLEASE Help me quick!

Favourite their video, then depending on whether you have the new layout or the old layout, you should be able to show videos you've favourited.
