How do I upgrade from Internet Explorer 4.0?

Guys is it necessary to upgrade Internet Explorer??? YouTube not working?

guys my computer speed is good, no any unwanted programs are installed and my Flash Player is also upgraded but i don't know why any videos on Internet is not working. 100% hanging. i am using Fire Fox. MAY BE THE REASON FOR NOT WORKING OF VIDEO IS NOT UP GRADATION OF THE INTERNET EXPLORER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????… WHAT SHOULD IN DO. HELP HELP!!!!!!

If you do not have the latest Browser (i.e Internet explorer) there could very well be a compatibility issue. Although not sure why you'd use Explorer when u can use Chrome ;)
