Change Youtube Language Permanently?

Why doesn't youtube change my language?

• every time i go on youtube a message appears telling me that youtube has automatically change the language from english to romanian. i don't like romanian ! i want english. if i click ok it stays romanian and if i click cancel it "should" stay english. i clicked cancel and it changes to english but when i enter again on youtube the message reappears . changing the language at the bottom of the site does the same ****.... it doesnt stay on english . it changes to romanian . help !

  Here could be the issue at hand. 1. You could be living in Romania and your service provider may be located in Romania. 2. Your computer might have been registered in Romania. It could be either one because Google looks at the ISP and where they are located and they choose by default why network mirror gets detected. So if you live in England you should be able to get Youtube.co.uk. You can try to contact Youtube about it because they are the ones responsible for the website. I would say email their web masters if possible. Now if your computer was registered in another country I would talk to the ISP to see if they can possibly fix the issue manually.
