How can I get my youtube channel more know?

Me and my friend started up a youtube gaming channel 1 month ago but we aren't really getting anywhere. Our name is DaSquirrelArmy http://www.youtube.com/user/DaSquirrelArmy and we post Call of Duty, Halo and other gaming videos. Right now I'm trying to get us a GFX Designer to make us an intro and a background and I am trying to get us sponsored. What do you think I could do to get our channel more known? We only have 19 subs. I can't by an HD PVR because I dont have the money. If you have any suggestions either leave it in the answers below or message me on youtube. Thanks :)

Add a LOT of friends on Facebook, Twitter, Ect. Send your videos into larger gaming channels and get honorable mentions. Network yourself. You can even get free advertising on my site. rocketgroups.webs.com
